MTS is a faith-centered, welcoming community. We expect professionalism, respect, and ihsān (excellence) from all attendees, speakers, volunteers, and partners.
Be respectful
Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful conduct is not tolerated.
Be constructive
Engage with curiosity. Critique ideas, not people.
Be safe
Follow venue instructions and volunteer guidance. If you see something, report it.
